This unused 2021 BATG vial filling line is equipped with advanced features to ensure optimal performance and product quality. The line includes the Bausch type 721 de-bagging machine, designed for vial tubs sized 221 x 379 x 49.5 mm. With oRABS technology, this machine provides a sterile and controlled environment for the de-bagging process. To ensure the utmost cleanliness and safety, the line also features the Bausch type 411 enclosed sterile transfer chamber. Equipped with 4 UV light lamps, this chamber effectively decontaminates the outer surfaces of the vial tubs. The Bausch type 721 de-lidding and de-nesting machine operates under isolator conditions, further enhancing the sterility and safety of the process. The heart of the line is the Bausch type 534 filling and closing machine. This machine operates under class A conditions and is suitable for toxic products. The line also includes the Bausch type 551 closing machine for aluminum crimp caps and flip-off caps. For external washing, rinsing, and drying of the vials, the line is equipped with the Bausch type 309 cleaning machine. This machine operates under isolator conditions and provides thorough cleaning before further processing. The total floor space required for this vial filling line is approximately 11,917 x 2,639 mm (LxW), with a maximum height of approximately 3,910 mm.

In addition to the filling and closing processes, this line also includes inspection and labeling capabilities. The Brevetti A30LD fully automatic vial inspection machine offers comprehensive inspection features, including particle inspection, alu-cap crimping, flip-cap inspection, stopper presence, glass defect detection, fill-level inspection, and leak detection. With a capacity of up to 200 vials per minute, this machine ensures the highest quality standards. The line also features the Bausch type 603 vial labeling machine, capable of handling label heights from 15 to 80 mm and label widths from 20 to 120 mm. Equipped with a Domino type V230i thermal transfer printer, this machine allows for easy printing of important information such as LOT, EXP, MFD, etc. The labels are inspected and verified using 2 Cognex cameras, ensuring accurate labeling. The labeled vials can be discharged into 2 trays or a reject tray. The total floor space required for the inspection and labeling section is approximately 7,154 x 1,789 mm (L x W). To accommodate different vial sizes, the line includes change parts for 2ml injection vials (2R) and 6ml injection vials (6R). With a capacity of up to 9,900 vials per hour for 2R and 6,600 vials per hour for 6R, this line is versatile and efficient.
